Boe9 is a personal SMS-based capture and notification service operated by Client Cascade LLC. This service is used for personal note-taking, reminders, idea capture, and AI-assisted responses via SMS.
The Boe9 SMS service collects the following data from inbound SMS messages: the sender's phone number, message content, and timestamp. Messages are categorized by type (note, idea, reminder, or question) and stored in a secure database.
Collected data is used solely for the purpose of storing and retrieving personal notes, ideas, and reminders. Question-type messages are processed through an AI service (Anthropic) to generate responses. No data is used for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.
No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
Message data is only shared with service providers as necessary to operate the service: Twilio (SMS delivery), Cloudflare (message processing), Supabase (data storage), and Anthropic (AI response generation for question-type messages only). No data is sold, rented, or disclosed for marketing purposes.
Messages are retained indefinitely for reference and may be deleted at any time by the service owner.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Database access is restricted to authenticated service-level credentials only.
